Every little bit helps, we totally get it. Our fundraisers are designed for causes that are looking to raise funds without all of the work. We will take care of the marketing, materials, registrations, payments, and of course ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience!
Paint Night Fundraiser
Explore your creative side with your friends and colleagues with gentle guidance on a pre-determined project of your choice. Feel free to bring your own beverages and food at your fundraiser. We can set up your event as private or public, or both (go public after your people sign up). Our projects are designed for all skill levels, so you don’t need to worry about how much experience everyone has.
At this time, we only offer Painting for our fundraisers. If you are looking for something else, please contact us and we will see if we can work it out!
With Lupine Art Fundraisers, you get Exposure AND Fundraising:
Exposure
If you want your paint night fundraiser to be public, we will market it through our channels for increased exposure:
- Facebook – 1,300 followers
- Instagram – 750 followers
- Newsletter – 1,000 subscribers
We will also pay for additional advertising to reach beyond our followers to get more people out for you fundraiser. So if you want exposure of your cause, let’s take your fundraiser public!
Fundraising
$15 from each $45 seat sold will be forwarded to your cause. We will encourage donations and can assist with other fundraising efforts (silent auction, raffle, etc.) if you would like to even raise more funds.
Acrylic or Watercolour Painting
$45/pp | Min. 8 Max. 24 | 2 hours instruction + 1 hour studio time for social
